The joint-stock companies are usually mentioned as corporation, though all corporations not the joint-stock companies. The corporation - a body consisting usually from several persons, representatives according to the law to operate as one person. There are two basic classes - (1) state corporations and (2) private corporations. The state corporations not the joint-stock companies; private corporations usually. The state corporations are created for public interest, such as cities, cities, universities, hospitals, etc.; private corporations, such as railways, banks, firms-manufacturers, etc., are usually created for profit in participants. The corporate bodies, which participants at discretion fill all vacancies occurring in their membership on record, sometimes name the closed joint-stock companies.
